Application Processing: Once your application is received, it will be processed within 48 hours. We will contact you to arrange the inspection schedule.

Method Of Payment: Payment details will be shared upon receiving the Purchase Order. Do not provide card details on this form.

EL-Safe Inc. provides Inspection Services only in accordance with ISO/IEC 17020:2012 and does not perform Product Certification.

By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the following terms:

• All applicable electrical schematics and purchase orders must be submitted with this request.
• Inspection cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to provide notice will result in a one-hour service charge.
• In accordance with regulatory requirements, you are required to declare if this inspection request follows a failed inspection conducted by another organization
